Making A Purchase
Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need, to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payments. If you are shopping from Ireland or Europe, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa, Switch, Solo, Maestro and Mastercard. We can accept credit/debit card information over the phone, or over the Internet.
When we email out a confirmation of order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice which goes out with the goods. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Delivery Schedule and Postage Costs
Our goods are dispatched within 48 hours and should reach you within 5 working days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will order it for you. If it's going to be longer than a few days you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
Valued Added Tax (VAT) is calculated at 17.5% and is payable on all items.
Returns
Your right to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You also benefit from our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee should for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products.
